what is melting Potes?

Melting Potes is a student association of the Kedge Business School management school on the Bordeaux campus.

The goal of Melting Potes is to welcome and ensure the proper integration of international students on campus and in life in Bordeaux.

Thus, our actions are multiple:

be present to accompany them from the beginning to the end of their stay
organize events at school and outside
organize 3 major trips during the year
offer them offers adapted to their needs thanks to our partners
communicate regularly with international students

Our association and all of our missions are grouped into 6 pôles, which evolve and build all the projects jointly together, with the endorsement and management of the HEADQUARTER, made up of the President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary.

Communication team

The com team will ensure that all

the projects set up by the association are communicated via our various channels, in order to send you useful information.

We try to create creative and fun content to be close to you!

We also take care of answering your questions in DM!

DAILY LIFE team

The Daily Life team deals with the integration and support of international students during their exchange.

We are preparing for the start of the school year and organizing various activities to introduce them to life in Bordeaux!

soliciting team

The soliciting team aims to approach new partners and maintain a professional relationship with our current partners.

These relationships and partnerships allow international students to facilitate their arrival in France, while allowing partners to benefit from an advantage.

Events team

The event team organizes the association's major events, which are open to kedgers and international students.

Our goal is to offer festive, but also cultural and cohesion events to link kedgers, exchange students, and members of Melting Potes.

Melting Trips team

The Melting Trips team is in charge of organizing the 3 trips made during the year: the WEI, the WEM and the Spring Break.

These trips are intended to provide an unforgettable experience for international students, so that they can go on a trip during their university exchange.

impact transition team

The purpose of the Transition Impact team is to prevent social, environmental and societal subjects, the members of the association and the students, by carrying out awareness-raising actions, through various fun events.
